Replacing an AC is a ten-year decision. We treat it that way. Before we quote anything, a senior tech walks the house, measures the load, looks at your existing ductwork, and asks how the rooms feel today. The answer is not always a bigger unit. Sometimes it is the same size with better ductwork. Sometimes it is a different layout entirely.
We install Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, and Amana. Each brand has trade-offs: efficiency rating, warranty terms, parts availability, install footprint. We tell you which one fits your house and your budget, not which one we have a quota on. The estimate breaks out equipment, labor, materials, and any electrical or duct work separately so you can see what you are paying for.
Install day is typically one full day for a straight swap, two days if we are running new ducts or moving the condenser. The crew arrives at the time we said, lays drop cloths, and protects your floors. We pull the old equipment, install the new, charge it correctly with weighed-in refrigerant (not gauges by feel), and run a full commissioning check before we leave. You get a startup report.
Financing is available through Synchrony or GreenSky for qualified applicants. Most clients use the rebates from SDG&E and the federal tax credit for high-efficiency heat pumps. We help you with the paperwork at no extra cost.
