Most HVAC systems do not fail randomly. They fail because something small went wrong six months ago and nobody caught it. A tune-up is a tech walking through the system, checking the parts that wear out, cleaning the parts that get dirty, and flagging the parts that are close to going.
Our standard plan covers two visits a year: an AC tune-up in spring and a heating tune-up in fall. Each visit is a full hour. We check refrigerant pressure, electrical connections, capacitors, contactors, blower motors, gas pressure (for gas systems), thermostat calibration, and combustion safety. We clean the coil and condensate line, replace the filter, and write you a one-page report.
Plan members get priority service when something does break. That means same-day callout instead of next-available, no overtime fees on after-hours calls, and 15% off any repair. The plan pays for itself the first time you skip an emergency callout fee.
If a tune-up turns up something serious, we are upfront. There is no commission on repairs we recommend during a tune-up, and we will tell you which items are safety, which are efficiency, and which can wait until next year. That is the whole point of the plan.
